Fresh spinach is rich in antioxidants, it is one of the main sources of folic acid, i.e. vitamin B 9. Strengthens eyesight and blood vessels, slows the aging process; spinach is an excellent means of prevention of hypertension. It is particularly necessary to include this plant in the diet in winter and during the spring beriberi.
